Shape

Take our signature 50-minute combo classes!! Mix it up a bit 30 minutes of spin followed by 20 minutes of toning and core strengthening! We will challenge your heart rate on the bike plus add in some extra weight to finish up! Don't be scared. You can only get stronger!

Strength Training

Group strength training class incorporating both strength and cardio.  During the session you will use various equipment such as free weights, TRX, kettlebells, and battle ropes to provide a fat-burning circuit while building strength.  


Bootcamp

Grab a partner and a towel for this 45-minute calorie scorcher! This special Bootcamp series will run like clockwork...with 30, 45, or 60 second stations for you and your partner to share in some intense weight and cardio training...all while listening to some kick a$$ music to keep your heart pumping! You and your partner will motivate one another to new heights and challenges. This class will not only FLY by but leave you DRENCHED!!!!

FAQ’s

 

What do I bring to class? 

Water and cycle shoes, if you have them. Inspire has several pairs of cycle shoes available for newer riders to try in sizes ranging from 6.5 to 10. We provide clean towels to each rider.

Do I need to wear cycling shoes?  

There is capability to ride using sneakers on our bikes. However, we strongly recommend wearing cycle shoes to enhance your ride. Cycling shoes offer a more secure ride in the pedals and allow you to work more efficiently. Cycle shoes allow full control of the entire pedal stroke and enable the rider to target the glutes and hamstrings more effectively.  

 

What do I wear to class?

We recommend you wear tight fitting pants or shorts to avoid any rubbing of loose clothing on the bottom and an athletic tee or tank top. Bike shorts are not necessary.  

 

I haven’t worked our for a while and/or I have never taken an indoor cycling class. Will I be able to handle it?

The great thing about this type of workout is that you, the rider are in control. You can make your ride harder or easier by adding or removing tension on your bike. The playlists are designed to give the rider a great workout even if they need to stay in the saddle for the entire class. However, with each class your confidence and strength will grow so you will find yourself getting stronger each time and adding more tension and rocking out that upper body choreography before you know it! 

 

How is a cycle class at Inspire Studios different from classes offered at my gym? 

Classes at Inspire Studios are created to be a full body indoor cycling workout. Classes are choreographed to the beat of the music and to a different playlist every time you walk in the door. Always different, always fresh, always fun!  

How many calories will I burn during class? 

This depends on an individuals weight and the exertion used (yes, that red resistance knob). Research indicates the average calorie burn for a 45-minute indoor cycling workout is between 500-700 calories. 

 

Do I need to arrive early for class?

Class times posted are the when the class starts, meaning when the lights are turned off and the first song starts. Thus, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time for all cycle classes to allow yourself time to get your bike set up and get clipped in while the lights are still on. If it is your first class, please allow extra time to fill out our liability waiver and allow your instructor time to get you set up appropriately on your bike. 

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. You may cancel your reserved bike up to 16 hours prior to the start of class and the session will go back into your account. This allows other clients that are on the wait list to receive adequate notification that a bike has opened for them.  

 

What is the “Waitlist"?

If the class is full, there are a limited number of Waitlist spots available. Signing up for a Waitlist spot is like registering for a class. If a registered rider cancels their spot 16 hours prior to class time, you will automatically be placed into the class and receive an email/text confirmation of your placement IF YOU HAVE YOUR NOTIFICATIONS TURNED ON IN YOUR MINDBODY PROFILE PREFERENCES. If a space opens within the 16 hours before class, your instructor will reach out to you directly to confirm your spot in the class. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date in MINDBODY.   

 

Do you have showers?

Unfortunately, we do not have showers at this time. 

 

How old do I need to be to ride at Inspire?

You must be 12 years old and at least 5’4” tall to ride at Inspire.  If you are between the age of 12 and 18, you will also need a parent or legal guardian to fill out a liability waiver before your first ride
